SANTA LUCIA PRESERVE FIVE
Carmel Valley, CA

Located at the edge of a knoll and carefully sited among a grove of live oak trees, this home features views of a broad meadow often filled with wildlife. The home is organized around a large courtyard anchored by a stair tower and flanked by his and her offices. Public rooms are organized by a gallery on one side and feature meadow views on the other. The property includes a detached guest house, large gardens, stone terraces and several outdoor rooms, a water feature and firepit.  A natural palette of stone, wood, and copper compliments the native California landscape.
